It’s never too early to start practising mindfulness. In A Good Feeling, children learn about the 20 most important feelings in a playful way by meeting them on the form of adorable monsters. The diary guides kids to reflect on which feelings were present throughout their day. This fosters skills for processing one’s owns emotions in a healthy way and starts vulnerable conversations about the day with all its ups and downs.

All feelings are good feelings!
Understand feelings, learn mindfulness, keep a journal.
Knowledge for life
All of the 20 emotions are explained with a lot of love and at eye level. After selling over one hundred thousand copies, we know that children as young as 4 years old can already learn and differentiate feelings and internalize: All feelings are good feelings! Even painful emotions such as loneliness, sadness and shame have an important function. They might tell us, something important is missing and needs some attention.
Building a journaling routine
Each day, your child is invited to reflect on all the emotions they have felt throughout the day and mark them. Additionally, they find space to keep a diary and reflect on things, they feel grateful for. This is a fun way to practice mindfulness and self-reflection early on – skills that will last a lifetime.

Our entire production, including all transport routes, is climate-neutral and takes place in Germany. We only print on 100 % recycled paper. Our printing inks are made from plant oils and are free from petroleum. The paper is 100 % recycled. This book is completely vegan, including the glue. We avoid overproduction, so no book ends up in the trash. And no plastic film either, as we never shrink-wrap our books.
